Warren and Mahoney architects have designed this exceptional waterfront environment. The building is visually defined by three large, glazed atria, spanning the length of the building. These atria give emphasis to the dramatic scenery surrounding Waters Edge and provide access to the apartments. Throughout the building a sense of the shoreline location has been incorporated into the design by using natural durable materials and sumptuous finishes. These materials, including warm timber finishes and aggregate-finished concrete, create solidity and permanence while remaining visually calm against the backdrop of nature.
